Question about Kunark 50+ Spells

Can any 50+ mob drop say a level 60 spell or does the enemys level determine the level the spell drop will be?

I'd love some clarification on this one as well. Someone told me that 50+ drops spells, but only 55+ mobs drop 55+ spells, but I have no confirmation of that.

Kunark mobs below lvl 50 can drop 50-54 spells. Many level 42-50 Kunark mobs drop 50-54 spells. Depends on the location.

Level 55+ spells drop off legit 50+ mobs.

Some more rare spells (Torpor, Call of the Hero, etc) drop off 60+ mobs.

At least this is my general understanding based on the spell drops I've seen. May not be completely accurate, but it's close.

I thought so too. Until we had Avatar and Malo (lvl 60 shaman spells) drop off regular Juggs on sunday night.
