Default Celestial Cleansing // Flash of Light - Paladin

Why is the Celestial Cleansing spell not currently implemented in the game? It's noted to have not been implemented until before VP, which the server has been well into for a while. Paladins are a highly undesired class, and it's hard to argue when one of their most important spells is missing, and the other (Flash of Light) has the p1999 added touch of inducing massive trains onto your group.

In live, I can tell you Flash of Light had no effect on mob pathing or behavior the way it does here. This is also extremely crippling to an already halfway useful class.

I can't imagine giving them these spells as they should function, and where it ought to be implemented already would suddenly make the most underplayed class on p1999 suddenly overpowered. If anyone knows something about this I'd appreciate a response.

Thanks.
