Default Returning player needs help

Greetings

I have been playing P99 some 3 years ago and then left when the Progression Fippy server opened on official EQ servers.
I left Fippy again after PoP because for me the REAL EQ is only classic -> Velious.
So now the idea came to go again for some time back to P99.
As I had still my Titanium directory, I just downloaded and ran the Eqemulauncher.
In options I gave the path to the executable and to the EQ Titanium folder.
When I select then the P99 server and click on run, it says to me : "You do not have enough permission to the specified EverQuest directory. Aborting patching ...."

What is this supposed to mean ?
Or am I doing something wrong ?

I had the same problem even when running emu as an admin. I found a way to fix it though by going to your EQ directory and right clicking the entire parent folder and going to properties. In that menu under the security tab you can change the permissions each user has for that particular folder, make sure that the one you're under has "Everything" listed there.
