server timeout

hello,
have had issues logging in the last 2 or 3 weeks, all of a sudden.

have been sporadically trying to get into the server select screen, and generally am not able to. either the connection hangs at "logging into the server, please wait", or connection issue error, or timeout. if I do get to the server select, it is often blank. if it is not blank, I will generally receive the "unknown error when trying to connect" timeout when I click to play on the server.

again, all was fine with playing p'99 before. i made no changes to my files and this has been happening

Was playing fine all day yesterday. Woke up this morning and got the 'unknown error' as I tried to select server. All servers are doing this to me, not just p99. now im sad.
