after asking them to join 30 times, it was clear that all they wanted to do was pvp at KC in the middle of the night and show up for 1 hour a week to raid for the best loot in the game with no guildtag strings attached

only like 3 or 4 of their 10-15 members were actually helpful/relevant

So we were supposed to reward a guy who has never helped us in PvP, joined a raid, has an average playtime of 2 hours a week, and attacks our members whenever he feels like it, with a Crown of Rile?

Look, I'm just repeating what I was told. That in exchange for GWs help they received (as a guild) the 2nd crown to drop and they were able to decide who it went to. 2nd crown dropped, they picked Strydur and Holo said no.

No big deal honestly, just an item. Just some good FQ drama for a Monday.
