Please Help Fix Blank Server/ Zone Crash

Every night after 6pm PST it takes about 30+ attempts to login. Connection error every time. I can box 3 accounts of regular EQ live just fine... plus other games. Only this game seems to have trouble. Morning is fine I can play, login, zone anywhere. Starting to look like this isnt a problem on my end. Any help would be appreciated

try opening the ports that eq runs on your router
