If you figure out a rhythm, goblins in Runnyeye on the second floor are blue to 30, drop bronze, fine steel and black iron. Can pull to the third floor where nothing assists.

That's perfect, thank you.

Warsliks Woods, go into the brute tunnels and head down to the Crypt of Dalnir zoneline.

The skulking brutes are very managable, there are plenty and can be single pulled carefully without lull. I did this with my paladin until -30ish and it's the exact kind of slow paced soloing you are looking for. No casters, right at a zoneline in case of trouble. You might even pick up the occasional Dalnir group like I did if you get bored.

You might need a couple more levels though, they're level 22. The cons are that it's pretty out of the way (you might need to use an invis pot to get down to the dalnir zoneline) and that they don't drop much for loot.

Wow that sounds perfect. Could I fight my way down?

Warslik's Wood is my favorite laid back 20-30 leveling zone. This area lacks undead, but it's severely underused and stress-free.

20-24 - Iksar Bandit Camps scattered through the zone
25-30 - Brute Caves right outside Dalnir
25-30 (Alternative) - Solo/Duo the Giant Fort

If Kunark isn't your thing, I would try to make your own groups in Upper Guk and take advantage of that big ZEM. There have been quite a few players taking this leveling path lately so there's a decent amount of people to form a party with. Oasis is nearby to poach replacements from whenever the time comes. South Karana has been another one of my favorite laid back places to level. The Aviak village is dripping with nostalgia and decent exp!

I am now 30. I'm still grinding on good ol Giant Skels in Rathe Mountains. Safe exp, easy to fear kite them, and marginally lucrative. But I imagine at 31 (when I'll probably stop), they'll be not as worth it to hang around. I checked out Cazic-Thule because the memories were awesome there. But it was literally empty. Tried to grind on some alligators but I wasn't so successful due to simply how many there were. Was tough to get a foothold in there.

I'm going to check out the entrance to Paw at 31, like Sepulveda suggested. Anyone else have some decent solo areas around low 30s?

Cheers. You've all been very helpful.

I'm a little late to the party, but if you're looking for places to hunt (at any level) you can't go wrong by checking the Per-Level Hunting Guide. It has both solo and group hunting spots, typically with 10 or more spots for any given level.

And of course since it's a wiki if you see any spots missing you can always edit the page and add them!
