While the good version of this quest works fine turning in 2 belts at a time to Cain Darkmoor : http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=114 , giving +

Your faction standing with Steel Warriors got better.
Your faction standing with Guards of Qeynos got better.
Your faction standing with Corrupt Qeynos Guards got worse.
Your faction standing with The Freeport Militia got worse.
Your faction standing with Knights of Truth got better.


the other version : http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=115 , is currently not working, i.e Captain Hazran in the WFP Militia building has the dialogue options if you hail him, and ask what Deathfist Clan etc. will ask for a belt, but if you turn it in, he will just eat it with no faction change whatsoever.
