Raid Window Function

Do you guys have or have not given the ability of a functioning raid window? Tried to set up a guild meeting today and wanted to have those who showed be in the same raid so we can use raid chat to keep guild chat clear for those who have attended and cant get the /raid commands to work nor the window itself??
