Default Reaver is not a magic item
Reaver, the sword dropped by Statue, is not Magic.

That's why it sucks. But it looks like it is magic here.

it should be 35/45 here non magic

was later upgraded to 36/40 non magic (during velious)
was later upgraded to 40/40 non magic (during velious)
then later again MAGIC was added (after velious 2003)
