No it's called packet loss. Something between my client and the US stops responding and the network requests queue up, while I run around in game, then all the packets go through on your end it looks like my character has stopped running then resumes from where the character was last standing in fast forward as the packets catch up to real time.

If you fail to see how it is latency related due to the run speed variation from before I lag out and after when the server and my client plays catch up then I can't do more. You guys are too stupid to reason with.
