From what I seen Quilty was telling his side of the story and was tired of people being rude to him some people have to think there are 2 sides of the story from what I seen he did say he was going to pay him ppl need to relax and stay out of people stuff but to solve this probem never do anything with out the plat its as simple as that good luck ass (silither) 45 sk
