Reagan’s Darkest Hour
Clark called the incident “perhaps Reagan’s greatest disappointment in public life.”

And that is only one issue, there were others issues you seem clueless regarding it seems. I don't want to drag them out here, not for someone not doing honest research, or first hand experience of it. But Reagan was most certainly bad when it came to social conservative issues. Even at fiscal conservativism He was questionable, at best. There were plenty of people that attacked Ronald obsessively, much like you with Donald. You would have never voted for Reagan. We would have had 8yrs of Carter, because you know, sunday school teacher.

edit: and that's not a slam to sunday school teachers, or religion/faith in general. Just that such tags are simply not universal for every position and/or seat of office. Carter was probably a fine sunday school teacher, but as president he was a disaster only now surpassed by 0bama. Reagan.. it's a face palm thing hehe, but damn fine president under the circumstances, exactly what we needed at the time.

Your accusations about Reagan are ridiculous, Reagan knew his veto of it would be overturned by the legislature, furthermore Reagan showed great regret and anguish and admitted it was a horrible mistake. A mistake is exactly what it was, and this led to Reagan's unapologetic opposition to abortion afterwards. Trump has no pivot point on abortion and has even supported partial birth abortion something Reagan never even remotely advocated for. Quit trying to diminish Reagan's Legacy with bullshit. Trump only cares for Trump he will take your vote wipe his ass with it and then shove the roll down your throat. You have the chance to vote for PRINCIPLES & VALUES.

YOU CHOOSE BARRABAS !

He regretted it because he waffled on the issue rather than doing what was right, or that he thought was right. He waffled even though his trusted advisor consoled him not to do so. But he still did it, and after the fact regretted it. He didn't listen to wise counsel, such as you are not, sir.

He also made divorce easy in California, and the divorce rate skyrocketed as a result, even to this day. That's a lot of children having grown up w/o two parent families. Another thing he did once president was grant massive amnesty to illegals, certain it would resolve the issue once and for all.

Reagan was in many ways deeply flawed, as far as conservationism is concerned. If you are not hearing Donald say his regrets for previous issues/actions as a businessman, you are simply being biased, not listening to a word of it just like you are doing here. But as you say, you hate Lincoln, you hate the Rep party, and you want to see it destroyed, Lefty.

The hard truth is: Trump only cares about Trump

Trump is not our champion. He would stab any one of his supporters in the back if it earned him a cent more in his pocket.

Trump acts as if he's a fictional character. But like Hercules, Donald Trump is a work of fiction.

No matter how many times he repeats it, Trump would not be the "best" at being a president, being in shape, fighting terrorism, selling steaks, and whatever other "best" claim he has made in the last 15 minutes.

He would be the best at something, though. He is the best at looking out for Donald Trump — at all costs.

Don’t let our country pay that price.

Daywolf facts are, I'm not compromising my Principles and Values. In order for you to cast a vote for Trump you MUST compromise your principles and values. I will never make excuses for my vote. All this conservativism you espoused to believe is bullshit, all you have is "hope" Trump is no longer a Liberal which he has been for 65 years of his life? You "hope" he won't betray you, you "hope" he'll be tough. Hope got us Baraq Obama. Your looking a gift horse in the mouth. You're rejecting wisdom for "hope"

GOOD LUCK WITH THAT

I won't put my name on someone wisdom tells me is a FRAUD.

More like Donald is saying what Reagan said, that he didn't think about it. He gave money to everyone, not just the libs as you think and Ted's followers slander. It's the price of doing business, and to stay visible. But in Donald's case, it was just doing business. For Reagan he didn't think about it as he was actually doing politics.

Who is Ted, anyway? He was a total unknown until just recently. His own family is involved with the very people he claims to fight against. Same guy saying last month that he liked Donald. It's almost becoming like WWE Smackdown. You mean youu hope he can get anything done, because thats not a certain thing at this point.

He can certainly protest, thats his short record, and point fingers and all that, but how many people did he really lead to get those things done? ...which weren't done. Even his own family, where was the leadership to lead them away from involvements with goldman sachs?

I mean you can tantrum all you want, but there are still real issues there.

Donald does do things, not just whine about them. If all he does is smash 0bamacare, fix the borders, and start a real fix on the debt, thats an f'ing outstanding first term, give 'em a second term!

Are you fucking kidding me? Back in 1967 most of the U.S. Population had no clue what abortion even was. Roe V Wade wasn't even being argued until 1971 and the decision wasn't made until 73. Your looking at that time period from a 2016 perspective where we have a hell of a lot more knowledge. Also the electorate is far more informed today because we have more then just 3 channels to choose from.
Donald has all the information he needs to know Partial Birth Abortion is horrendous and he has shown no regret or anguish in supporting it and is a complete fraud in his opposition today.

Dude, your love, devotion and criticism of the propaganda box is thoroughly amusing. Just keep spewing out that TV soundbite junk.

On June 14, 1967, Ronald Reagan signed the Therapeutic Abortion Act, after only six months as California governor. From a total of 518 legal abortions in California in 1967, the number of abortions would soar to an annual average of 100,000 in the remaining years of Reagan’s two terms
I don't think you realize, but you're completely talking out your butt. Like I said, no clue. And it's pointless to explain it to you it seems, this is something I'd expect from a glassy eyed Sanders supporter. I'd only recommend turn off that TV and try start learning to think for yourself. Before the internet there was certainly more than TV, by far. And back then, the country didn't stand still waiting for the Feds to rule on shit.

Feds: hey guys, we just discovered something new, you might like it!
Country: duuuuh what is it uuuhh? New flavor of Ice Cream?
Feds: no no, it called abortion!
Country: duuuh never heard of that flavor, is it any goog?
Feds: It's the best! We'll get right to ruling on it and then show you how it's done!
Country: ooooh kaaayh derrr

btw for the rest of ya
