Heathens. This is Jay Barbeau's work, an EQ GOD.
I enjoyed everything aside from Bazaar.

I liked Vanguard's soundtrack much better because it didn't use any synths, just classic instruments. Vanguard was that reskinned and perfected EQ everyone wanted looking back on it now. I know a few people who still have the soundtrack on rotation. The OST for Vanguard makes this Jay fella seem amateur no offense to him.

The VG Emu recently resorted to pitching to try to hire a developer clandestinely at daybreak to pull a USB stick of the VG database. I am wondering if this is feasible to pull off.. I have no idea how retired games data is stored, and if there is any special protections on it. I am leaning towards it needing a systems admin to get involved, I seriously doubt a programmer no matter how senior, or a developer no matter how senior, would have access to VG data.

Listening to the VG OST makes me hope someone does gods work and gets them the build or at least a few databases.

Dude, Jay's melodies were masterpieces, but lets not forget they were fucking MIDIs. I loved the Vanguard music as much as the next guy, but Jay's compositions performed by an orchestra (like Vanguard's) would still be better, imo.

"Previously unreleased music for every Shadows of Luclin zone was recently unearthed from a dangerous trek through the studio archives. These musical pieces will now play when adventuring on Norrath's most cat-filled Moon."

written by classic EQ composer Jay Barbeau

Interesting. I would like to know more about Norath's least cat-filled moon.
