Shaman epic

I turned in the last part of the shaman epic. (Iksar Scale) and it said "This is a said day. You have failed and strayed from the path set before you. Please try to live as close to the spirits as you are able, though this is the closest you will ever get." I was ally faction what did I do wrong?

Yeah, that would be the thing to check. It'll eventually say you can't get any higher faction with TrueSpirit. Ouch!

I'm sorry if I sound ignorant... But isn't ally, just ally? What I'm saying is... Isn't ally the max or best faction you can get?

I mean some quests require you to be "kindly" to turn them in, you wouldn't need to be max kindly... Right?

It's the maximum name you have, but there is definitely a graduated scale within in. You literally want the maximum possible faction points, not just the title.

You want one of the turn-ins before that to tell you "your faction with Truespirit can't get any better" or somesuch. That's how you know it's maxed.
