Hey! for a level 60, what level are the mobs than con dark blue ?

Pretty much as specific as you can get. Assassinating a dark blue is pretty neat.

test with considering players of various lvl ranges. you can get an accurate lvl dk blue starts at.

Precision? 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59.

Brownie guards in LFay are level 45 and should be blue at 60.

It makes Chardok a little less miserable, that's for sure.
