Game Mechanics: Call of the Hero

There are two issues with Call of the Hero that were supposed to be addressed in the June patch but I don't think ever made their way on to P99.

1. If you CoTH a player a distance of less than 100', aggro is not removed.
2. CoTH becomes a Target Other Player spell, meaning it can no longer be used on yourself (which is obvious seeing as the only purpose to use it on yourself is irrelevant with #1)

June 27 2001 Patch

Call of the Hero will no longer remove the target from NPCs' hatelists if the target is not summoned far enough

It should be set to this on P99 immediately and flagged in your date system to be a June/July 2001 change.
