Quest turn-in for Factiion to KoS mob

I am trying to raise my faction with the city of Grobb and after doing some research, I realized I could only raise the "Dark Ones" Shaman faction with one quest called "More Help for Innoruuk", in which I need to turn in one Deathfist Slashed Belt to a Shaman GM (lvl 61) named Kaglari. As a human magician, I am KoS to the troll shamans. However, I do have an Ornate Velium Pendant and can up my faction to threateningly. I know if I get a druid to turn me into a wolf, it will raise my faction even more (not sure if it will reach dubious or not). In the case that it doesn't, does anyone know of any tricks with invisibilty, etc. in which I can do the quest turn-in. I was hearing an invisibility turn in trick, having someone else cast it one you. If this trick does exist, can someone explain the exact order in which not to be aggro'd?
