After looking at various sources I've found both of these are dropped. Anyhow, I'm looking to buy them, I will negotiate price with the finder, drop me a line in game.

I don't know what your bank account looks like, but I would prepare myself for some sticker shock when it comes to Torpor.

Yup, Torpor is one of the most expensive drops in all of Kunark. I paid 100k back in the day and that was after Kunark was out for awhile and guilds were in VP.
