Iksar Quest Armor

I was curious if the Iksar quested armor, i.e. Trooper Scale, Scaled Mystic, etc, was going to be released with kunark? Not sure if memory serves correctly, but I dont think they really got implemented and working until around Velious. Wanted to test this on beta, but my video card decided to have a heart attack. Any info would be much appreciated!

Dreadscale is already questable. Don't think the other kinds are.

Scaled Mystic armor for shammy is in. Done BP, leggings, gloves & 1 bracer so far.
