Supposed to stop dropping a week or two or three or sometime after Kunark release (I guess - people can't seem to make up their mind whether it does or doesn't). How's that for vague?

I bought one for 10k the first week of kunark live if that helps. But considering the amount of plat on this server, I can see it easily fetch 20k.
