Does anyone know where I can obtain the character models from P99?

I want to upload an Ogre model and a DE model and maybe a Human to edit and play with in VRchat through unity. Usually they are FBXs you find but for old EQ stuff its probably different, but I saw someone running around as a legit old school Fippy Darkpaw so it must be possible
