after spermy goes into eggy, the only way to stop it from being a person, is to obstruct/destroy it. If you do ANYTHING natural (eat sleep go on with life) it would have be born a human in 9 months.. but if you actively try to hurt it by damaging its development in anyway, you are making a concious choice to destroy it.

So I dont think a personal opinion about windows when ok/wrong to destroy it is fair.

When it comes to prevention, I think it's ok to never let it start it's natural progress in the first place by wearing protection is ok.

ejaculating on the floor, wont grow a person out of the floor, so that is not destroying or obstructing life, it's just havn' a wank...

But if an accident happens during intercourse, it ultimately needs "to be obstructed" for it to stop being a human.

So yeah. I just dont think the "gestation" arguments do anything but rationalize the decision.

I think it's necessary and government should make no law respecting the establishment of a religion.

Religion can inform the individual process and debate.

Early Christians aborted and killed babies.

An alternative is to make the state more directly responsible for babies and female welfare. Generally unpleasant options that create lazy communities ripe for exploitation through force or coercion.

I feel like this discusion, philosophically speaking, is simmilar to this one:

You’ve been duped. It’s the erosion of the value of men in society. Women want equality on all the positive measures. Im going to have a like, "cancel him!" opinion here, but like, if you're a man, and you and a woman have consentual sex, and then she becomes pregnant, and she says she wants to terminate the pregnancy because she is not ready for it at this stage of her life, I think it's totally fair for the man to say, "I want the baby, and you are not allowed to terminate it" but if so he must take complete responsiblity for the child if the woman decides at birth she still does not want it.

Like if someone wanted a kid, and it accidentally happened, I dont think its fair that one person can say no to that, simply because they dont want one.

I think birthdefects/death of mother is another story, but if it's a matter of want, I dont think that 1 party should be given all the right to make the decision.

Im not saying men are 100% responsible for their offspring.

Im saying if they chose to not allow an abortion they would be.

And that to chose if you want an abortion it requires consent of 2 parties not 1.
