Miniature version of this happened the winter of 2018-2019. For whatever reason P99 was hitting record population highs for a few months before folks drifted away.
P99 could use new players. EQ wasn't meant to be a static-population world. Players coming and going act as a currency-and-item sink and keep the lower level portions of the game populated and active. Danth | ||
