What does it mean if I do 50/50 every day with relative ease, but adding 10 more pushups and situps feels like death? Just old?
I've done 50/50 for a long time. Since the mid 90s. Otherwise, no other regular exercise. I do like recreation. I'll bike, hike, canoe, paddleboard, squash, swim, etc, but never regularly. I even ran a mile last year to make sure I still could. | ||
