Just so everyone knows, CRT is a graduate level course. Meaning you already have an AA and a masters, like 4-8 years of college, then you can pay to take CRT. So... Anyone that says some school is teaching it at a K-12 school is lying. Its simply not available for people to just learn willy nilly from a textbook.
The right has hijacked the word CRT to mean "anything i dont like or think i dont like"

That's your argument I think? That CRT is a thing that is only offered on a graduate level as a university course. That it's not a broadly-held social theory that is influential in corporate and learning settings? I like your strawman argument where you say all those who don't agree with you don't understand CRT. I like the use of the loaded word 'hijacking' like disagreeing with a description proffered by partisan ideologues makes you a criminal. I understand CRT and I disagree with it. I think it's wrong. I think it's fails as a social theory because it's tenets are untestable and all it's claims are just that, claims. None of it is evidence based and I would like to point out that absolutely any criticism of the theory is met with namecalling and shouts of racism, which is a hallmark of a mind that has nothing else to offer. It's also divisive, but I wouldn't care about that if there was even a hit of evidence CRT is anything but another example of parochial narcissism.

Seems like some of us need it more than others. My dad didnt understand this stuff either until I explained it in a way he could understand. My dad is a real loud mouth, asshole, racist. Anyways, when a fat white woman walks by, he wont pay her any mind. When a skinny, crackhead white lady walks by or sits next to him at the bar, its a non-issue. He goes out of his way for white girls, helping them with money and shit, etc. Anyways, when a fat black lady walks by he makes all this noise and these faces, saying shit like "oh my god thats so fucking gross" or whatever it may be. He wont help a black person in need, but a white girl? He's captain save a ho. He didnt even realize he was doing it. His own mother is fucking fat, but shes not disgusting. Only when black people were fat was it a problem. Only the POC bums need to "get off the streets" and every time something was vandalized "i bet it was ____'s" was his thought. I had to show him on a tablet like images of people to show him his own response. It worked though, he admitted he is a racist and said he will work on it. I'm proud of my father, after 66 years, he is trying to change. It took sitting him down and showing him that comparison for him to even realize he was doing it. He wasnt even conscious of his actions. That is why they have the training, dummy. Where is CRT being taught? You keep saying it is.. but you cant tell me where. Just about one kid who asked his mommy if its bad to be white, one time.. out of 330,000,000 people. WHOA lets make talking illegal!

The cultural element "driving" it is that you no longer pay a huge penalty. There is nothing "driving" its, its always been there. Look at the stats, you're one of the sane people here. Sexuality is fluid at best and better than 10% are over the fence, gay. 20% or better are at least bi-curious. Thats one in five. Every 5th kid in the classroom.
Its not a driver. It just is. People are just more accepting but I feel like I know what you mean. Ive had a few people tell me they were gay or whatever and kind of expected me to spit my drink out or something. Like they wanted that "you're special" kind of reply or whatever. So yeah, lets say 1% are total frauds or at least in it for the likes on twitter lol.
