Nobody thinks covid "wasn't real" or anything, mainly just that it wasn't nearly as dangerous as it was painted by most major media outlets and tech platforms, for most people. And yes, I know it IS very dangerous for certain people. So is the flu, so is a cold. Grandma can still just get a cold and die, and we don't all run around like paranoid hypochondriacs about it. That's really all anybody was saying.

And I don't gloat about people who got vaxed dying or people who aren't vaxed dying cause I try not to be a complete ghoul.

Hypochondria: Symptoms include a long-term and intense fear of having a serious condition and worry that minor symptoms indicate something serious.

Our media and democrat elites are too blame for this. They wanted Trump out badly, but with all the good things that were happening, the only thing they had to say bad about him was that he never built the wall. So when Covid came around, it was the perfect opportunity to shut down the economy and try to make Trump look bad. As a last ditch effort, democrats largely increased the amount of areas that used mail in voting, which unfortunately increased the amount of lazy voters, most of which are democrats.

If I might add one thing as well. More people have died from Covid under Biden then under Trump - where’s the outrage? You won’t find it from the mainstream media because just like kids in cages, they only count when a republican is in office.

It really is kinda sad now to see like middle aged people walking around in a stupor, not understanding why nobody is wearing masks anymore, and they have theirs on and they probably feel foolish or maybe they don't. My parents are like that, their brains are so ravaged by 2 years of nonstop hysteria about covid and now it's just poooof all gone.

I mean it's not literally gone, obviously, but you'd think it was.

It was a cunning move. I think there are some real issues in making voting too easy though. We end up with people voting who normally wouldn’t even be willing to take an hour out of their year to vote.

Voting used to be for white male land owners, which of course has issues. But I don’t think the reasons for the discrimination were so sinister. I think it had more to do with our founders wanting an educated voter base that actually had something to lose and weren’t so easily swayed by false promises of grandeur.

Nonetheless, republicans will strategize now knowing that mail in voting is a bigger thing and we will be back to the same old shit, just different stink.

I can dig up my posts but I was insistent that in 3 years it would be gone, just like Spanish Flu.

How many times I posted "iTs A SloWly MuTAtiNG ViRus!" I felt lilke a chump spamming that as it mutated a few times last couple years.

But here we are... 3 years later, looking good.

If next winter we dont have an outbreak of some new and more powerful version, then I was 100% right.

All we had to do was fucking wear masks for like 2-3 years and we would have ben fine but NOooOOOooOOooOOOO we had to start world war 3.
