I think you missed the point. A guild should sell itself.

In the beginning I understand the mass recruiting through ooc and shout. You need to build your base from somewhere, but when you have established yourself and people know who you are and what your guild is about this shouldn't be needed any longer.

You really think you are marketing your guild in an effective manner?

I am not trying to start a flame war. Just giving you an outsiders perspective. I find your "recruitment methods" repulsive.
