Merchants: Arrows in Freeport

Cant seem to find ANY merchant in nfp/efp/wfp that sells arrows lol...even the fletcher in nfp doesnt have arrows for sale..

Somewhere near the bank does (yea, not much help) and the guy in the separate building at the Inn in Ecommons sells thems. (The inn between WC zoneline and nek zoneline)

can't you just make your own? wouldn't be that expensive, and i'm pretty sure you'd be able to make better arrows than merchants sell pretty quickly. Fletching is one of the easiest TSs to raise. Level 3 Bone hooked arrows ftw?

There's an NPC fletcher in EC. Check the map.
