We can't be everywhere when things spawn. The only reason I even knew trak spawned was due to bat phone from tmo and logged on after I finished escorting the last guests out of the house from my deployment party. So I ended up zoning in as track was on the rock. I didn't stop anything.

As for the rest of the stuff Sirken agreed between the fraps,logs, and irc information Jeremy provided that it was the right call. So the subject can end and quit trying to question staff integrity. Any further will result in bans.
