There will be a systemwide downtime for all Project 1999 and EQEmulator services some time after 5:30 PM EST.
The downtime is not expected to take longer than 4 hours, however this may be extended as necessary if issues occur.

Hi Everyone,
I’m pleased to announce Galach and Medris have been promoted to full GMs. Both have been taking on GM-like duties and it's about time to make it official. With these promotions they have some new fancy abilities that will help a great deal with events and reimbursements.
