5 hours usually can net you 1-2 CBB's. 1-2 Batskulls 2 Sheer Bone Masks and some other junk.

Guess I'm just very unlucky when it comes to getting stuff to drop that I actually *need* and don't want to sell for profit.

Don't give up, bro. Given the rule of large numbers, if you spend more time there you're bound to get a good string of drops. Sometimes it takes longer than others.

If you're high enough level, sometimes you're just better off just farming the plat.

Farming plat is always a better option, let some other sucker get the bad luck on drops.
