Game Mechanics: Wuoshi missed in velious dragon fear change?

Would you guys mind double checking that Wuoshi's fear was moved to be the new kind, and not still the old one? We did both Klandicar and Wuoshi today: Klandicar fear was much better but Wuoshi's was as bad as ever.

Woushi Fear doesn't seem to have changed based on todays observations, but significant change on Klandicar
