After this most recent patch, when I go to copy paste the new patch files into my EQ folder everything will overwrite except the dsetup.dll. I get a window pop up that says "Folder in use. The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program" "Close the folder or file and try again." It's doing this on the dsetup.dll. I can skip that file and complete everything else. I'm assuming the new fps patch is attached to this file because my fps is also still capped at 60 despite changing the maxFPS in the eqclient.ini file and the dsetup.dll is the only file that isnt overwriting.

Just to erase any doubt. Yes, my EQ game is closed. I checked task manager and made sure nothing relating to EQ is running somehow. No winEQ, no Gina, nothing. I have tried this even after a fresh restart of my PC. This file will just not overwrite and I am not sure why.

Do you have any active scanning antivirus? Exclude the file/folder.
