Default In game high ping on specific computer

So I play on two computers, my wired in desktop, and my always wireless surface pro. The past few days on my surface pro, I've had unusually high ping and lag, but only for project 1999. Ping for Google is like 50ms, p99 is like 250, with spurts of much higher. Just changed my DNS server on my router to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and nothing changed. I tried logging in on my desktop, and there were no lag issues, low ping. Any ideas?

Hey there. You and I talked about this issue in tells last night. Since your desktop isn't lagging and your latency is good on it, that makes me believe the issue is with your Surface Pro. Can you disable the wireless on it and connect it directly to your router? With your desktop being wired and not having issues, I wonder about your tablets wireless. It may be worth your time to open up a command prompt again (cmd.exe), running as administrator, and type in netsh winsock reset. Restart your tablet and run those ping/tracert commands I had you try last night.

Good luck!

The issue seems to have resolved, but not immediately. Thanks again so much for your help.
