Login desync

When i log in i often can't see players or npcs around me. I get aggro on mobs that are invisible on my screen and today I died in pvp after having several spells cast on me by players that I couldn't see for the first 10~ seconds after I logged in. That was on red, but i think desync exists everywhere.
