If anyone is ever mean to you in this game you should see which GMs are online and send them a /tell directly. If they do not respond immediately, make sure you fill their forum box with PMs about the incident to start a case file. Finally, you will need to make a formal complaint on RnF naming whoever was mean to you so that others can shame them as well.

By the time a guide looks at it, you will have gotten over it and realized you were stupid for even writing the petition in the first place. It's mobs. They spawn endlessly. Usually after writing the petition that's cathartic enough for a person to get over a mob or mobs being taken by some asshole. Just leave the area and kill other mobs. OR, You can tell the guy your thoughts, if he admits to KSing tell him you screenshotted his response and will provide your RL buddy Sirken with your evidence, and that he should plan for a lengthy P99 ban unless he apologies profusely, leaves you to the mobs, and later shows his respect by giving you a fungi tunic.

Calling them out in RnF is honestly the best recourse since its the community who will judge them. Please share details of your encounter with this Elf and lets f3Ck him in the a$$ together.

Step 1 - type /time into the chat window.
Step 2 - physically move your character as close as possible to the person taking your mob and fighting it so that the damage scroll reflects that yes, they are fighting it. Step 3 - take screenshots (2) of your first engaging the mob on the combat scroll (extend this window out) and then the second (if necessary) to show that the new person is fighting it as well. Step 4 - whisper the person to please respect your camp and to strive to follow the server rules in leaving mobs you have engaged alone. Step 5 - take a 3rd screenshot of your whisper, but allow enough time to pass before taking it to get a reply from the other person. They might not, but you can try. Last step - post it here on RnF for our enjoyment, but also to help establish a history of the player's behavior that might later be referenced by server staff members if there are future complaints from other players. Be certain to put the player's name in your RnF post title for easy research access. Welcome to P1999, where litigation and protocol are both encouraged!

99 times out of 100 reporting someone is useless. Bring your grievances here to RnF where the scumbag can face real justice.
