Maybe, just maybe, Kagatob is Anita and this is all a ploy and they researched this Montreal Massacre (WTF, this tops that crazy kid in cali, or LA or whevever) to socially engineer against Utahs open carry laws.

Or just maybe, yep Kagatob is to blame here no matter what.

I admit, an exaggeration. Only one life saved tonight, though to be even more honest it's usually zero because I work in med-surg and not ICU/ER/Stepdown.
