spell icons still messed up

hey guys im a vet of p99 been around since launch and im having problems re-installing the spell icons followed the setup guide to a t yet the spell icons are still messed up i don't know if this is because of the kunark release? if there's some kind of new files to be imped but i've copped all the files from both zips and replaced the files but still the icons for spells are messed up any suggestions
