Default caneling casting spells

on live in old world, while casting a nuke or heal any spell, you could duck and it would
immediately stop the casting bar allowing you to recast to counter the current situation, here for say once you cast a long 7 second nuke, you are stuck and cannot do anything until the casting time is finished

on live you could duck and it would reset and drop the casting bar allowing you to recast the spell needed, also with jboots and the wizard staff of temperate flux you could insta refresh you casting times by clicking it right after the nuke, these strats are what balanced it out against other classes, yet all classes with jboots obviously could do it, here none of this exsists which this is suppose to be a copy of how live was i dont see why this cannot be added to how the game originally was.

Are you on Red or Blue?

Blue currently operates with the following post-Velious patch, where you can duck to interrupt spells.

Red is era correct where you cannot interrupt spells by ducking. (Wish they would incorporate that to Blue)

** Gameplay Changes **

- Spell and Item Interruption: Ducking will now interrupt a spell
instantly. You will no longer be able to sit while using items or
casting spells. This will not affect bard songs, which will still work
as they always have, but will affect all items, even those with song-
like effects.
