Lightbulb Stagger the Spawns

With the down time and all the ideas and complaining, thought I'd suggest this and see if anyone actually thinks it's a good idea.

Stagger the raid mobs. Instead of "variance", when the server pops, have only 2-3 (random) raid mobs up. Then, over the next 3-4 days, have the rest of them spawn, at random. After they are killed, they go on to their normal 7 day (or whatever) timer. This means instead of the top guild logging in for 4 hours once a week and slaying every mob, the mobs would be up throughout the week, promoting pvp and giving other guilds a chance at them, without subjecting the server to the "VARIANCE POOPSOCK".

*ALTERNATE* - if a raid mob is usually 7 days, make it 7.5, 7.8, 7.2, etc. days, a different number for each mob. This means that next time it spawns, it will not be at the same time as it once was... Although the spawn time is known, it is not exactly at the same time of day, and eventually the mobs will spread out over time to be on different days.
