Necromancer resist changes

New necros lend me your ears! STOP! Reroll a shaman because the only thing we are good for is for is to DMF people before trak.

On live a lvl 1 necro can walk up to the priest of discord and land a lifetap.

Here on custom99 we necros cannot land a lifetap on ANYTHING anymore. Only one dot per necro... pet is fucking gimped.. Q fucking Q
