American does have some nice corporate subsidies on fuel, gas, electric, and food. but the food is really adulterated with additives and modifications to maintain efficiency and meet demand

Purdue adds msg salt to all their stuff and you wouldn't know it.

I ate chicken from a Central American supplier once (imported) at this Mexican joint. And I was shocked at how the chicken tasted (it was indescribably gross and void of flavor. Eat at a joint that uses a non-US chicken supplier and u'll see what I mean) and then I found out about the additives and adulterants Purdue uses and it made sense.

I don't think there's anything that could make me reinstall EQ @ this point. Having a blast IRL and with some WoW on the side.

I have to say that normally I don't agree with the red99 is dead sentiment but after not playing for a month you really get to see how dead red99 really is.

literally just played a Day of Infamy alpha test game that had 1/3 the population this server has.

it is a fun game when you're fully immersed and shit though.

I would say in practice it's even cheaper than that HB. When you consider how much better the taxation system is. Based out of Texas in my bracket I could easily be a further 1000 a month better off.

I think my experience is based off of New York and San Francisco prices. I'm sure there are cheaper places in the US like Detroit.

Need more time. After spending just a 3.5 weeks in the US I've put on 15-20 pounds. There is something very wrong with the food :P
