Bards are an anomaly. Bards can gain several levels in a single pull, they will always be undervalued. Monks are ubiquitous.

The only prices you are citing are retarded ones. Here are some relevant ones:

Rangers are hybrids and generally level more slowly. They are uncommon. I had offers for 40k, 45k, and 50k but the 50k guy flaked so I listed that as the buyout.
