Are the PHs on the wiki right? I'm not sure I've seen any with the exact spelling on the wiki (I assume capitalization matters). Any more info? Haven't gotten him to spawn at nearly the rate others are claiming here.

The mobs on wiki are correct. I can verify as I have spawned him quite a few times, only 1 ring has dropped for me. I spawned courier in between windmill and pillars. Look for the placeholders around there.

spent 3 days with a pet on one of his spawnpoints. Saw plenty of couriers, never got a ring.

As a young enchanter I wouldn't go any earlier than 16 and that would be if you're confident in your charming ability and have decent charisma gear... otherwise I'd wait till 20. I camped near the rock outcropping on the east side of the field. Like others said, keep an eye out for the Crusader and higher level goblins. Sometimes people will train from the Haunted ruins and the mobs will rape you as they path back from FV if you're not paying attention. Other times high levels will pull everything, and I mean everything, trying to get the courier to spawn. It's best to just come back later or do something else when that happens.

If you stay at this camp you will get your ring and get good exp doing it! I started around level 18 and got it a few levels later. Later, I farmed the ring for an embarrassing amount of time to earn money, didn't want to out level my husband when he took a break, and got 7 rings at level 34. Once I got 2 rings in a row! Other times I didn't see one for a week. My high elf enchanter is friendly with most of Cabilis without illusion from killing so many sarnaks and goblins. I don't plan on revisiting this camp any time soon lol. Anyway, yeah...the wiki gives good info on the placeholders. Good luck [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
