Changed Specter pets so they're able to equip items and armor.

Does the Necromancer specter pet take weapons, last I checked it did... but I haven't grouped with a necro in awhile.

In regards to shaman pet weapons.

I was able to find some hearty discussions on how to increase your shaman pets dps with dual wield weapons from 2003.

but either way it does appear shaman pets should be able to use weapons in classic (or at least sometime in 2003 I'd imagine they would have posted something in the patch notes if they nerfed it back then)... but if its overpowered or not i leave to the discretion of the dev's here.
