A violent felon on parole is released from jail. Should he be allowed to go purchase a hand gun like a hamburger or should there be some sort of gun control? a rifle? an ak-47?

Should children under 10 be allowed to own a pistol? a rifle? an ak-47?

An individual who has a documented violent psychosis and is not being treated by medication, should he be allowed to go buy a pistol at a 7-11? a rifle? an ak-47?
