I think as the economy continues to worsen there is a good chance 2/3 or more of the current Congress is swept away in a wave of populist rage. Even if the primaries are somehow manipulated to produce a Hillary vs Rubio/Cruz election, I think Trump just asks Bernie to be his VP and they crush both of them in the actual election (despite massive election fraud by both established parties).

Maybe I'm being too optimistic, but both the Republicans and the Democrats have spent the past 20 years shitting on the American middle class, and people are starting to get angry.
