What if a guild runs out of clerics who need an epic? I doubt any guild is at risk of this when you factor in alts and whatnot, but I was kind of curious what would happen to their spot in the rotation. Can they continue spawning ragefire just for his loot/heart MQ's?

Your rotation spot is your spot, to do with as you please.
Though we did decide at the beginning that guilds can voluntarily leave the rotation for a time and return later pending their cleric needs. Also, after another 5-6 rounds, I am sure some guilds will be dropping out for a while, even to the extent that a rotation may not longer be needed.
