Well, it was a BDA member who was screwing the list passing it between him and another guy when there were plenty of support reps for that position online.

Also, at least forsaken was honest about doing that. BDA dude was the one who was dishonest about it saying that he was respecting the list even when logs and players confirming their play times contradicted him.
